Maintenance features
-RAF-AVIA Company aircraft stations and maintenance base is located on airport "Riga" theritory.
-RAF-AVIA basic aircraft maintenance facility "HANGAR" (laboratories, equipment, checking and adjustment equipment). Stations are supplied with all necessary devices for aircraft maintenance support. Personnel have satisfactory accomodation for papers work, rest, have telephone and fax communications.
-Hangar is able to accomodate following types of aircrafts: 2 x AN-26; 1 x AN-26 and 1 x AN-74; 1 x JAK-42; 1 x FOKKER 100 etc. FDRU reading out is performing by computer, using relevant program and is printed out after each flight with sending results to Flight OPERATIONS MANAGER for analysis and is kept relevant JAR OPS requirements. Rooms and laboratories are well ventilated and heated; illumination is in accordance with relevant LV Legislation (EASA) norms. Ventilation is supply-saction, in all rooms and storage rooms.
-Two showers cabinets, toilet, canteen plus kitchen, in requirements with fire protecting requirements.

Aircraft Maintenance
-RAF-AVIA ATB has satisfactory number of aircraft station places relevant equipped:
- mobile ground power unit - 27V AV-2m;
- permanent column 27V; 115V/400Hz; 208V/400Hz supply mobile unit;
- stations have jacks for AN-26 and AN-74 landing gear maintenance;
- all station places are supplied with relevant number of fire fitting devices and stairs;
- wheel chocks, towing wires and fuel contamination checking units.
- Personnel are supplied with relevant AMM, MM&OE and other necessary documents. Storage: shelves installed by square and strengthen allow to store (separate serviceable and unserviceable) satisfactory number of necessary spares, components, instrument etc. to support permanent operational proceeding. Damaged, unserviceable, serviceable components, instruments storage is strong separate performed. Oils and greases storage are performed in separate storages out of hangar. All storages are supply with necessary fire protection units, illuminating and ventilation, moisture level 30-60%, temperature 18-20°C.
